Lagoon - W*I*C*K*E*D

This isn't the best picture in the world, but it shows nicely the new ride this year at Lagoon. Wicked really was wicked. It is now definitely the most thrilling ride up at Lagoon ...Landon can vouch for that. He is now old enough where he dares go on every ride, and generally likes all of the "scary" ones. Well, that was not the case with this. While we were standing in line (and it was a long time) Landon saw the ride in motion and kept saying "Erin, I don't know about this." I would laugh every time he said it, it was so cute. When we finally got to the front of the line Landon really became insistent that he was nervous about the ride. In fact, he almost flipped out when Mackenzie said she wanted to sit by me. You can tell when he's nervous because he doesn't want to leave my side. We got strapped down and the ride began and Landon just latched onto my side. The very first of the ride is the big up and down loop shown above. And I must admit it even scared me a little bit. It literally goes straight up and then straight down. At the bottom of the little loopdey loop thing Landon started out right bawling his head off and screaming. I had to try and hold and console him the entire ride and when we got off he said "Erin, I don't like that ride." I felt bad for him, but it was just so funny I couldn't help but laugh. I guess it's safe to say that Landon will NOT go on this ride again!
