Our niece was born a little Cinco de Mayo baby and is already turning 2 today! I cannot believe how fast time flies. Although, to think that she was born before Doug was even home from his mission, makes it seem like forever ago. On Saturday we went to Doug's parents house to celebrate with some cake and ice cream. The cutest thing is watching a two year old open presents - she was just so excited about everything she got. And I ended up being pretty proud - the auto bubble maker Doug and I bought her seemed to be the hit. Although I will recognize two things:
1. We shared the spotlight with Grandma's Higgy's gift of a purse with fake makeup and darling little sunglasses.
2. If Jill's bubble thrower lawn mower would have actually threw bubbles, my gift would have quickly been set on the back burner!)
Besides Wesley's mishap with the silly string that ended up in Ileigh's face, the day was a big success. Happy Birthday Ileigh!

Oh man! I miss Ileigh so bad shes so cute! I cant believe she's already two! I remember going to the hospital to visit Jess when she was born! Crazy! Well tell everyone I say hi! Miss you guys!
