FHE
Tonight we had family home evening with Doug's family. We are going to start going through Preach My Gospel every week and getting our lessons from each chapter. Doug started out the book this week with a great lesson on The Restoration of the church. We even got to hear his dad's story of how he gained his testimony of the gospel while in the army, which was really neat. All of you out there...family night is such a good opportunity for your family to spend time together!

Such a great idea. I love that book!!! Ri and I read out of the Joseph Smith maunual each Monday night because we both miss the third hour lesson of church because he is in Young Mens and I am in Young Womens. But I agree, it is so good to have a small break in the week to do something some what spiritual together. I guess that is why the prophet stresses the idea... LOL!
