Valentine's Day has always been a weird holiday for us. The years before Doug's mission he was always in St. George umpiring a baseball tournament, and then he was on his mission, so we never really celebrated Valentine's. We always did something a few days later, but it was never a big deal. So that left me wondering what this Valentine's Day was going to bring. But of course I shouldn't have doubted because I have the sweetest husband ever. He woke me up a little early for work to enjoy a wonderful breakfast in bed with bacon, waffles, eggs...the whole works. When I came home from work he had flowers for me sitting on the kitchen table and we went out for dinner at Red Lobster. It was a really fun night. Happy Valentine's Day!

soak up those romantic dinners while you can! They aren't so romantic anymore when a baby is in charge! I miss you!
