On November 1st the Cheesecake Factory opened in Murray - the first one in Utah and I couldn't be happier about it! I first experienced the magic of the Cheesecake Factory on a business trip in Brea, California and then with Doug on his birthday trip to Denver. Ever since Denver we've been craving those avocado eggrolls, and our craving was finally curbed in our very own Utah. Hurray!
