We asked Mackenzie what she would like to do this year for her birthday and she picked riding the four wheeler up in the mountains with a good meal. Sounded good for all of us! So we all spent the day up Diamond Fork canyon doing what Doug and I love most...camping! Doug made everyone his famous dutch oven BBQ pork, and I helped with dutch oven funeral potatoes. Yummy! I just love being in the outdoors - Happy Birthday Mackenzie!
